At Bayberry Cove, we are 100% committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with your item, for whatever reason, you can return the item. You can then receive a full refund or order another item of comparable value from our site.
How To Return An Item
If you are not happy with any item you order from Bayberry Cove, you may return it within 30 days.
E-mail customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and advise that you would like to return an item, and the reason for the return. You will then be e-mailed a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL to be used for your return package.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Mail your returned item with the return shipping label that will be emailed to you.
- Please include in the package a note explaining the reason for the return, as well as your original order receipt.
- If you are requesting an exchange, be aware that additional shipping charges may be applied. E-mail email@example.com and advise as to the item you would like to exchange for.
- If you are requesting a refund, your credit card will be refunded within 5 days of receipt of the item by the Bayberry Cove warehouse. The returned item must be in its original condition.
Return of Damaged item(s)
We make every effort to ensure that all shipments from Bayberry Cove are of the very highest quality standard, and that our packaging is protective and resilient. Despite this, damage does sometimes occur during transit.
If the item you purchased was damaged upon arrival, please send an e-mail (with an attached photo of the damaged item if possible) to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. We will then e-mail you a return shipping label that will be used to return the damaged item to Bayberry Cove.
