We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied please let us know right away, we will make it right or provide a refund or exchange. We ask that any returns be done within 30 days from date of order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items marked "Sold-Out for the Season" - this means we are sold out and the manufacturer is also sold out.
Items marked "Sold-Out" - this means we are sold out here but we can usually order the item and get it back in-stock. Just send us a note if you would like an item that is marked Sold-Out.
Items marked "Pre-Order Item" - this means we are selling the items before they have actually arrived in-stock. You will not be charged for the pre-order items until they ship out to you - unless you have used Paypal. With Paypal, retailers do not have control over when to charge a customer. We are given the money at the moment of sale. I always suggest to customers to use a regular credit card when purchasing pre-order items.
